All repairs come with a 12-month guarantee. Typical cost of repair including parts and labour is around £65 and if you want to send to us the recorder there is an additional cost of £12 for sending machine back to you. The repair usually takes from 2 to 4 working days, depending on fault and part availability. Please contact us first and provide the model number, symptoms so we can give you advice regarding the cost of the repair. In London area we can collect your machine and return back for £20.
